Williamson County Regional Airport is five miles west of Marion, in Williamson County, Illinois. It has two runways: 2/20 is 8,002 by 150 feet (2,439 x 46 m) asphalt; 11/29 is 4,997 by 100 feet (1,523 x 30 m) asphalt/concrete.〔 In 2010 the airport had 25,415 aircraft operations, average 69 per day: 76% general aviation, 22% air taxi, and 2% military.〔 It has one FBO, Aeroflite, at the base of the control tower on the general aviation ramp. Aeroflite offers flight training, 100LL and Jet A fuel, charter service, a courtesy car and rental cars. Aeroflite has three rental aircraft, a Cessna 150 (N50475), a Cessna 172 (N7573G), and a Piper Warrior II (N2875X).
